Analyzing the Trajectory of Weighting Factors Established in FUNDEB: 2007-2016

The purpose of this article is to perform a historic analysis of FUNDEB [Basic Armored Vehicle Kit Education Maintenance and Development Fund] weighting factors by means of bibliographic analysis and documentary study.The weighting factors are the defining of value/student/year in each stage and modality.They were studied from the creation of the FUNDEB legislation, Law No.11,494/2007 Parts and Decree No.6,253/2007, observing the changes made in the factors by means of the various normative norms of the Ministry of Education issued in the studied period, from 2007 to 2016.
